How are prints packaged? +
Prints are rolled face-in around an acid-free tube, wrapped in glassine paper to protect the surface, and sealed inside a heavy-duty postal tube. Flat-packed options are available for smaller sizes — just note this in the order comments.
How long does delivery take? +
We dispatch within 3–5 business days of your order. Domestic (US) delivery typically takes a further 3–7 days. International shipping estimates vary by region — see our full Shipping & Returns page for a breakdown by country.
Do you ship internationally? +
Yes — we ship to over 40 countries worldwide. International orders are fully tracked. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. See our Shipping & Returns page for regional delivery estimates.
Prints & Quality
What is giclée printing? +
Giclée (pronounced zhee-KLAY) is a fine art printing process that uses pigment-based inks sprayed at high resolution onto archival paper. The result is exceptional colour accuracy, deep shadow detail, and print longevity that rivals original paintings.
What paper is used? +
All prints are produced on 310gsm Hahnemühle Photo Rag — a 100% cotton rag paper with a smooth, slightly textured surface. It is acid-free, buffered, and has a natural white base that gives colours exceptional depth.
How long will the print last? +
Our pigment inks and cotton rag paper are rated at 100+ years under museum display conditions. With basic care — avoiding direct sunlight and high humidity — your print should outlast you. See our Print Care Guide for full details.
