Shipping
We take packing seriously — every print leaves the studio protected for the journey ahead.
Packaging
Every print is rolled face-in around an acid-free archival tube, wrapped in glassine paper, and sealed inside a heavy-duty postal tube. Smaller prints (up to 12″ × 16″) can be shipped flat on request — add a note at checkout.
Dispatch Time
Prints are made to order. We aim to dispatch within 3–5 business days. During busy periods (releases, holidays) this may extend to 7 days — we'll always email you with tracking once your order ships.
Carriers
We ship via USPS Priority (domestic) and DHL Express or FedEx International (international). All orders are fully tracked. Tracking information is emailed as soon as your package is collected.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on arrival. These charges are set by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict or cover these costs.
